Manasquan is easily one of the best beach towns on the Jersey Shore. Everything in the area is one of a kind. The beach is beautiful, there is fun nightlife, amazing restaurants, and a cool downtown area with lots of local businesses. The people of Manasquan are great too! Manasquan is a great summer destination, which is why a few celebrities have been spotted there in recent months.

In June, Sport bar stool‘Dave Portnoy ate a pizza at the wonderful Squan’s Tavern. He rated the pizza at 7.6, which is a very solid score for his rating system. Most importantly, Portnoy told his viewers on social media that Manasquan was a dream town to grow up in as a child. He mentioned children who ride bikes and scooters. He called the town “awesome” and it reminded him a lot of Cape Cod, Nantucket and even the Hamptons.

Additionally, Bruce Springsteen stopped by the local Manasquan store, Surf and sun. This resort offers beach must-haves and unique surfing styles.
