Scorpions Release New Song, “Hammersmith”; first music video “Rock Believer” filled with fans – Deltaplex News
As The Scorpios gearing up to kick off the 2022 North American leg of their Rock Believer World Tour this Sunday in Toronto, the German hard rock veterans have given away some goodies for fans.
First, the group released a new song titled “Black-smith” it is available now for digital download and via streaming services. The heavy tune finds the Scorpions paying homage to the famous London venue of the Hammersmith Odeon, while expressing how excited they are to continue rocking their fans.
“The song takes us back to a time when we played in the smallest clubs, just dreaming of being able to play in the Temple of Rock, the Hammersmith Odeon,” Explain leader Klaus Meinewho wrote the lyrics to the song.
Meanwhile, Scorpios also come from made its debut a “official fan videofor the title track of their latest album, believer in rockreleased in February.
The clip features footage that Scorpions fans around the world have submitted, showing them rocking and singing along to the song, and sharing their love for the band, mixed in with a video of the band performing the song.
The Rock Believer Tour includes 24 dates and takes place as part of a concert on October 21 in Las Vegas. white snake was originally scheduled to open most of the shows, but was to drop off the trek recently because the leader David Coverdale battled a persistent respiratory infection. All-female Swedish rock band thunder mother will serve as the Scorpions’ supporting act for most of the tour.
